Tsunami wave arriving

we had a negative wave in the eastern areas of nouvelle zelande, water took 10 minutes to recede, came back slower. The chilean earthquake of 8.8 on the richter scale certainly arrived here. Auckland city is evacuating big ships form the waitemata harbour, including a cruise ship, leaving passengers marooned. waves in hivaoa have been 4 meters, rfo radio says. Civil defense says that geonet sea level recorder on chatham islands shows erratic oscillations. This will continue, for many hours, maybe days. This is because the quake is so far away. It is not safe to be on the beach for the time being. next update in ten minutes. *great barrier island, new zealand, over*
