Twenty one male celebrities in England have posed in the nude for Cosmopolitan magazine to raise awareness about male cancer. They include famous rugby players, footballers, pop singer Gareth Gates and boxer David Haye.



The July edition of Cosmopolitan features 21 male stars posing naked to raise awareness of testicular and prostate cancer. Gareth Gates, 24, shot to fame in the first series of Pop Idol. He has had four UK number ones, selling a massive 3,500,000 records. He is currently appearing in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Adelphi Theatre in London



Bermondsey-born boxer David Haye, 28, was formerly the undisputed cruiserweight champion, having held the WBA, WBC, WBO and The Ring magazine titles. He has now moved up to the heavyweight division, but had to pull out of his title fight against Vitali Klitschko earlier this month, citing a back injury



Gilles Marini, 33, began his career as a model and is best known for playing Dante, the guy who lived next door to Samantha in the Sex and the City movie. He recently came second in Dancing With The Stars the American version of Strictly Come Dancing



England footballer Carlton Cole, 28, currently plays for West Ham United, having previously been part of the Chelsea squad



The 24-year-old Swedish DJ and popstar Jonas Erik Altberg, better known as Basshunter, had a UK number one hit in 2007 with Now You're Gone. His follow-up single, All I Ever Wanted, reached number two. He is currently working on his fifth album
