What intelligent debate the media have created in the USA!!

The C.I.A. has been busy planting these ideas because it helps them to CONTROL public opinion. Like the genocide in Iraq, CHAOS is always beneficial to the guys with the guns.
Al Qaeda is very helpful to the elites.

Universal health care is health care coverage for all eligible residents of a political region and often covers medical, dental and mental health care. These programs vary in their structure and funding mechanisms. Typically, costs are borne, at least in part, by the government. Implementations vary, ranging from single-payer health care systems (e.g. as in Canada or the U.K.), to compulsory, regulated, multi-payer systems (as in France and Germany). Universal health care systems also vary according to the extent of government involvement in providing care, ranging from nationalized health care systems (such as the U.K. and Sweden) to decentralized private or non-profit institutions (as in Germany and Canada). Universal health care is implemented in all of the wealthy, industrialized countries, with the exception of the United States.

Universal health care is a broad concept that has been implemented in several ways. The common denominator for all such programs is some form of government action aimed at extending access to health care as widely as possible and setting minimum standards. Most implement universal health care through legislation, regulation and taxation. Legislation and regulation direct what care must be provided, to whom, and on what basis. Usually some costs are borne by the patient at the time of consumption but the bulk of costs come from a combination of compulsory insurance and tax revenues. Some programs are paid for entirely out of tax revenues

FILE - In this 1900 file picture, Theodore Roosevelt speaks as he travels the country for William McKinley during the Presidential Campaign of 1900. Roosevelt was McKinley's running mate on the Republican ticket. President Barack Obama's campaign for a health care overhaul is an intense installment in a long-running story, dating to Theodore Roosevelt in 1912. It did not go well nearly a century ago. Roosevelt made national health insurance an issue in his last, losing campaign for the White House, and successive efforts to get it enacted have lost, too.
